Scheme Overview
The scheme aims to encourage rural industrialization by offering significant financial incentives to new micro-units. It covers capital investment, interest on loans, and power backup infrastructure.
Scheme Objectives
- ✓ To provide capital support and affordable credit to new micro enterprises in rural areas.
- ✓ To spur rural industrial growth in B, C, and D category blocks.
- ✓ To encourage entrepreneurship among women and Scheduled Caste (SC) individuals.
Eligible Sectors
Eligibility Criteria
Primary Criteria
- ✓ Must be a 'New Micro Enterprise' with investment up to INR 1 crore and turnover up to INR 5 crore.
- ✓ Located within the jurisdiction of a Village Panchayat in Category B, C, or D blocks.
- ✓ Must have commenced commercial production after 01.01.2021.
- ✓ Must hold Udhyam Registration Certificate (URC) and Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM).
- ✓ Units obtaining PMEGP benefits are only eligible for DG Set Subsidy, not other benefits.

Application Process
Online Application
Within 3 monthsSubmit application on the departmental web portal within 3 months of commercial production or DG set purchase.
Verification
7 DaysScrutiny and inspection of the unit by Joint Director/Deputy Director of the District MSME Centre.
Correction
10 DaysApplicant must rectify any communicated deficiencies within 10 days.
Approval
45 DaysLetter of approval issued by the Competent Authority.
Disbursement
14 DaysLetter of sanction followed by disbursement of the subsidy amount.
