Scheme Overview

The scheme aims to build the capacity of skilled, semi-skilled, and un-skilled persons belonging to Haryana and generate employment opportunities in the automotive manufacturing sector specifically supporting Electric Vehicle (EV) adoption and manufacturing.

Scheme Objectives

  • ✓ Capacity building of persons belonging to Haryana (skilled/semi-skilled/un-skilled).
  • ✓ Generate employment opportunities in the automotive manufacturing sector for EV adoption.
  • ✓ Incentivize workers in EV (BEV/FCEV) and component manufacturing.

Eligibility Criteria

Primary Criteria

  • ✓ Units must be located in B, C, or D category blocks of Haryana.
  • ✓ Units must employ at least 75% Haryana Domicile workforce.
  • ✓ Subsidy is only for employees with a valid ESI/PF number.
  • ✓ The unit must be in commercial production at the time of disbursement.
  • ✓ The unit must have obtained valid NOC/CLU from competent authorities.
  • ✓ Large and Mega units must establish a battery disposal/recycling facility.

Application Process

Online Submission

Within 3 months of FY close

Submit Annexure-I and required documents on the department web portal.

Scrutiny and Inspection

7-17 days

Joint/Deputy Director of DIC examines the application and conducts unit inspection.

Deficiency Rectification

10 days

Applicants must rectify any communicated deficiencies within 10 days.

4

Approval and Disbursement

44 working days

Final sanction by Director General and disbursement within the service delivery timeline.
