Scheme Overview

Scheme Name: Employement Exo Scheme

Scheme Objectives

  • ✓ To incentivize industries for carrying out waste management activities including collection and transportation.
  • ✓ To ensure waste treatment and disposal are environmentally, socially, and financially sustainable.
  • ✓ To make electronic waste recovery projects economically viable for the ESDM sector.

Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM)

Eligibility Criteria

Primary Criteria

  • ✓ Applicable to New Ultra-Mega Projects, Mega Projects, Large Industries, and MSMEs.
  • ✓ The enterprise must have commenced commercial production on or after 01.01.2021.
  • ✓ The unit must file IEM/Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) and Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM).
  • ✓ The unit should have obtained necessary NOC/CLU from the Competent Authority.
  • ✓ The unit must be in regular production at the time of subsidy disbursement.

General Assistance

50% of project cost up to INR 50 Crore

Land and Building Cap

Maximum 25% of total project cost

Application Process

Online Submission

Within 90 days

Submit application on the departmental web portal within 3 months of installation or notification.

Verification and Scrutiny

45 days

The Joint Director/Deputy Director of District MSME Centre processes and inspects the unit.

Approval and Sanction

7-14 days

Issuance of Letter of Approval followed by Letter of Sanction by the Director General.

First Tranche Disbursement

As per milestone

25% released after 100% land possession and 50% expenditure incurred.

Second Tranche Disbursement

As per milestone

25% released after 75% expenditure incurred.

6

Final Disbursement

As per milestone

Remaining 50% released after 100% project expenditure completion.
